It was in a park on a summers afternoon in Reading in 2020, when Khairi Saadallah stabbed three men to death.
Today was the conclusion of a six week inquest into their deaths. The coroner, who’ll deliver his findings in April, heard tributes to the three friends – and also from multiple government agencies accused of missing chances to prevent the attack.
