It’s -23 C at Regina International Airport this morning, with 24 km winds coming out of the northwest and a wind chill making it feel like -35.

After the extreme colds of the last few days, today is going to feel comparably warm. But you’ll still need to bundle up against the wind and chill, to protect against frostbite while you take advantage of the return to more usual January weather.
