Salomon 1965, led by CEO Harry Serra Moreno, has strengthened its presence in Seville by adding the boutique hotel Palacio Pinello to its portfolio. Through a strategic collaboration with Majestic Hotel Group, Salomon 1965 will take over the hotel’s operations from January 2024.
The partnership with Majestic Hotel Group, renowned for its expertise in luxury and tradition in Barcelona, aims to maximise the potential of this property.
Managed by Salomon Hospitality, the Palacio Pinello is located just 200 metres from Seville Cathedral and offers 25 rooms, a restaurant and a rooftop terrace. The hotel, rebuilt in 2014 while preserving the original structure of the former palace, features key architectural elements such as columns, capitals and polychrome coffered ceilings.
This is Salomon 1965’s third hotel in Seville, joining the Hotel Londres and the Hostal Arenas. Serra Moreno expressed the company’s continued enthusiasm for growth through acquisitions and long-term leases, aiming for expansion in cities such as Málaga, Madrid, San Sebastián, Palma, Valencia, Lisbon or Porto. Salomon 1965 is committed to strengthening its presence and excellence in the hospital sector.
