Say Cheese: Iron Hill Celebrates Burger Month With 31 Unique Burger Creations

Annual Burger Month Returns at Iron Hill with New Beer Release

Say Cheese: Iron Hill Celebrates Burger Month With 31 Unique Burger CreationsExton, PA  (RestaurantNews.com)  Celebrating the enduring love affair between beer and burgers, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant (Iron Hill) proudly presents its annual Burger Month celebration, featuring an impressive lineup of 31 unique burgers to tantalize your taste buds throughout May. The promotion, now in its 16th year, spans all 20 locations for National Burger Month.

Iron Hill’s culinary team crafted 31 distinct burgers ranging from classic comforts like Fried Green Tomato BLT Burger with cherry pepper mayo to the bold flavors of the Jalapeno Popper Burger with a Jalapeno-cream cheese croquette, jalapeno pepper jelly, and chipotle aioli. Each burger on the menu tells its own unique story. Whether you’re looking to load up on all the meat with the Three Pigs Burger with bacon, bacon aioli, bacon-Pig Iron Porter BBQ sauce, and sharp white cheddar or want to satisfy your seafood craving with the Rockin Moroccan Salmon Burger with red onion jam, baby arugula, and green herb sauce there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The featured burger of the day is $16.95, including fries and a pickle.

Iron Hill also invites fans to join in celebrating the creativity with a new May 31st Crowd-Sourced Burger Challenge to close out the month. On May 1st, Iron Hill will share the burger recipe on the brewery’s social media channels and fans can submit their suggested names. The lucky winner will receive a $100 Iron Hill gift card.

In addition to the mouthwatering array of burgers, Iron Hill is also releasing Seedless, a refreshingly tart, fruited sour ale that captures the essence of summer in every sip. This seasonal beer is brewed with a touch of lactose and infused with juicy watermelon, tangy limes, subtle hints of ground coriander, and a dash of pink sea salt, Seedless offers a tantalizing balance of sweet and sour flavors. With an ABV of 7.0% and a mild IBU of 20, this beer perfectly accompanies the sunny days ahead.

“Burger Month is a time for us to showcase the boundless creativity of our chefs and celebrate the iconic duo of burgers and beer,” said Chris Westcott, CEO of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant. “We’re proud to offer our guests an unparalleled dining experience that is both delicious and memorable, and we can’t wait to share our fantastic burgers, beer, and more with you throughout May.”
