Cavin Johnson spoke in a solemn and hushed tone after another disappointing display by Kaizer Chiefs, who have now gone five hours without finding the back of the net in 2024.
Those scoring woes are made worse when you look at who they came up against. Chiefs couldn’t find the back of the net against Royal AM, who have the fourth-worst defensive record in the DStv Premiership.
They played two hours of football without scoring against First Division side Milford FC, who shipped three goals against Hungry Lions in their last Motsepe Foundation Championship match this weekend.
