The menu, which is petite but packed with fresh ingredients and flavor, arrives just in time for the summer heat wave in South Florida.
Featuring classics like the Spicy Tuna and veggie rolls, as well as the “Bang Bang Roll” – Sunset Club’s version of the tempura roll made with butter shrimp, cream cheese, chives and a special bang bang sauce – the menu offers a variety of options to choose from. Additional signature dishes include tuna and salmon tartare and grouper or shrimp ceviche marinated in the chef’s special tiger’s milk.
But the stars of the menu are sure to be the Dragon Roll, a shrimp tempura topped with salmon and crispy sweet potato strings, the Dynamite Roll made with crab salad and black sesame seeds an drizzled in hot truffle butter sauce, and the Lobster Maki roll loaded with lobster salad, kani crab, avocado, cucumber, masago, and crispy wontons.
Opened in February 2022, and located at 777 N. Ocean Drive, Hollywood Beach, FL 33019, Sunset Club is a sprawling open-air oasis that boasts sweeping ocean views in the back and a front lounge area that rests directly in front of the Stranahan River. The sleek design features clean lines creating a fresh, modern vibe with ample space for dancing, live music, and karaoke. The square-shaped bar features plenty of guest seating, and later in the evening, it turns into a more loungey atmosphere. Cocktail tables and posh couches featured throughout create a cozy and relaxed feel perfect for lounging and cocktailing.

The Sunset Club Rooftop Bar & Lounge is open Monday and Tuesday from 11AM to 8PM, Wednesday-Saturday from 11 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 9PM.
