The 10 Best Early Prime Day Instant Pot Deals of 2023

Prime Day is back, baby (is anyone surprised?) and so too are the Prime Day Instant Pot deals. You’ve only got today and tomorrow to snag one of these beloved countertop appliances for a major discount, so it’s time to act fast.

This year’s fall sale is called Prime Big Deals Days, but to be honest, we keep forgetting what order those words are supposed to go in and it’s easier to just call it what it really is: Amazon Prime Day 2023, Round 2.

Whatever you want to call it, this two-day sales event is the universe telling you to hop on the Instant Pot bandwagon—or to upgrade your old model for one with more presets or capabilities (a pressure cooker that doubles as an air fryer, anyone?) For the uninitiated, an Instant Pot is essentially a magical multi-cooker capable of doing everything from braising meats to cooking soups and beans in record time. Even the most basic models boast seven different functionalities, combining the capabilities of a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, sauté pan, yogurt maker, steamer, and food warmer.

If you’re not in the market for an electric multi-cooker, fear not: Instant also makes some of our favorite air fryers, so if you haven’t yet hopped on that bandwagon, Prime Day 2 is a great time to do so at a discount. And if you simply need a few new accessories for your kitchen, or to use in conjunction with your existing Instant Pot, those are always included in Amazon Prime Day sales, too. You’ll also find some discounts on Instant’s coffee gear, which has so far impressed our friends at Epicurious.

Considering what we’ve learned from Prime Days of yore, we expect to see different (and potentially bigger) discounts on Instant Pots and other gear from Instant Brands as the sale goes on. If you’re in the market for a dedicated air fryer, you’re in luck—Instant makes those, too.
