It’s the secret detail that’s kept MKR viewers captivated for weeks, and was finally revealed on Wednesday’s show.
Queensland mum Claudean has kept a distinctive face tattoo hidden underneath her hair since the beginning of the show.
While the outspoken contestant has shown hints of the unique marking throughout the Instant Restaurant rounds, her blonde locks have kept it mostly under wraps.

However at her own Instant Restaurant – which she hosted with husband Anthony – she was proud to reveal her tattoo to the judges, contestants and viewers.
The marking is of a large ornate cross and is located on the side of Claudean’s left cheek, near her ear.
It was the first of many surprises for the night, in which Claudean and Anthony stayed in the competition – by the skin of their teeth.

The Brisbane couple have been the most critical of the MKR teams, openly slamming various dishes served by other competitors and talking up their own cooking skills.
Going into the meal, Christian – who has often clashed with Claudean – said: “Now the tables have turned and I can’t wait to see what it’s like when the shoes are on the other foot.”
Rival Coco added: “Claudean’s been super critical – so let’s see if she can bring it tonight.”
Despite talking a big game, Claudean and Anthony failed to impress with their three-course menu.

The pair scored a total of 53 – beating NSW team Coco and Pearls by just three points and escaping elimination.
After Coco and Pearls left the competition, judges Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge shared another bombshell for the remaining contestants.
The pair revealed that while Radha and Prabha and Tommy and Rach – who came first and second respectively – would be going straight through to the semi final and quarter final, three more “gate crasher” teams would be entering the competition.

The new contestants are sisters Patricija and Brigita, BBQ champions Aaron and Chris and childhood friends Amber and Mel.
The arrival of the new teams instantly set off Claudean, who was not impressed.
“They are gate crashers, they’re in my Instant Restaurant,” she said.
“So I’m like, who are you people?
“The two with the pink dresses on? They were like posh, upper class – they’ve got a big shock coming to them.”
