One of the world’s five “Blue Zones,” or regions where an exceptionally high proportion of individuals live to be 100 years of age or older, is Sardinia, Italy.
According to CNBC, Sardinian people’s diet is the key to their longevity. However, do not fret, you too can live a longer life like them without having to reside in Italy.
Here’s how to live a longer life by eating like a Sardinian.
Eat like a Sardinian
Sardinians usually eat home-grown food, free from all types of artificial ingredients. Their diet mostly consists of vegetables, and meat is sparingly used.
Here’s what you’ll find on a typical Sardinian menu:

More physical activity
