You’ll need to be pretty eagle-eyed to spot the crab hiding among countless sea shells in this tricky puzzle. At first glance, you might mistake the sea-themed picture for a bathroom wallpaper. But the image, shared by Betway Casino, is nothing but the sort.
Hiding amid the clams and cockles is a crab that’s obviously learned a few tricks from Where’s Wally?, remaining largely out of sight to the average eye. But can you spot it?
The mind-boggling brain teaser comes as Spring is finally back once again, with many Brits heading out to the seaside to bask in some sunshine. According to BBC’s Countryfile, there are also numerous common crab types in the UK, that you may be able to spot while out and about.

Experts say that shore crabs are probably the easiest to find, thanks to their easily recognisable ‘tooth-like projections’ and spiky shell patterns. These generally live across all coastlines in the country and are known to be the most abundant crab type here.
Frighteningly, another is known as the ‘spider crab’, which hosts 10 gigantic pincers that you probably don’t want to mess with. Believe it or not, these can grow to a staggering 45cm length – just slightly longer than a typical ruler.
And if you thought it couldn’t get any worse, ‘devil crabs’ also live among us. These are known for their piercing red eyes and lack of mercy, ready to snap at any moment they feel threatened.
More innocent-seeming hermits, broad-clawed and brown crabs live along the UK’s coastlines too. Brown crabs are what you’re most likely to find served in a seafood restaurant, growing up to 25cm wide and shaped a bit like a Cornish pasty.
