Mat Armstrong, a YouTuber who bought Marcus Rashford’s wrecked Rolls-Royce buys another Rolls-Royce to fix it.
Rashford crashed the £700,000 Mansory Black Badge Wraith last September while leaving Carrington training base.
Mat later bought the badly damaged Rolls-Royce with just 1,000 miles on its clock at an auction for £184,000.
After taking delivery of the Rolls-Royce, he analyzed the car and realized the damage was “way worse” than he thought.
Mat Armstrong, a YouTuber who is restoring Manchester United star Marcus Rashford’s badly damaged Mansory Black Badge Wraith has continued to share the progress of work with his over 2.7 million subscribers.
Marcus Rashford crashed the £700,000 Mansory Black Badge Wraith last September while leaving Carrington training base. The incident caused major damage to the front left side of the vehicle and caused the wheel to fall off.
The badly damaged Rolls-Royce was later bought by Mat at an auction for £184,000 as he hoped to revive the Mansory vehicle, which had just 1,000 miles on its clock before the crash.
After taking delivery of the Rolls-Royce, he analyzed the car and realized the damage was “way worse” than he thought. Mat then purchased another Rolls-Royce for £90,000 to get non-Mansory parts for the rebuild.

Luckily for Mat, Rashford and his team offered to help him complete the restoring of the damaged Mansory Black Badge Wraith after the video of him buying the car received over five million views.
“Hi, I deal with all of the cars from Marcus, I believe we still have a few bits from the car you might need,” a message from members of the England forward’s team reads.
“We might have the v5 spare key and a couple more bits from when the car got recovered. We also have the ghost code and tracker information if you want us to get them to you?”
After Rashford’s team got in touch with Mat, he received a number of car parts, including a Mansory car cover (£590), Mansory floor mat (£1,300), Mansory boot mat (£680), Mansory grill surround (£4,200) as well as a wheel cap (£110).
In a new video, Mat thanked Rashford and his team for the additional items, which he said saved him a sizeable amount of money.
“I want to say thanks for Rashford’s team for giving us all of this because they didn’t have to. It saved us so much money.”
Thanks to the secret code as well as a spare key he received, Mat has now been able to start and finally drive the Mansory Rolls-Royce Black Badge Wraith, though he is still rebuilding the car.
