Upon completion of this course, the student will gain a thorough understanding of post conviction sex offender polygraph examinations. Students will also be familiarized with the Supervision Model as it relates to Probation Officers and Treatment Providers.
Upon successful completion of the examination, the student will possess the requisite knowledge to conduct PCSOT polygraph examinations. This 40 hour will also assist those who are already certified PCSOT examiners in becoming familiar with the new standards and practices now in place.

Upon completion of this hour course, the student should possess the knowledge to successfully complete a written examination to demonstrate proficiency in the requirements set forth in the standards of practice, approved by the American Polygraph Association.
This 40 hour will also assist those who are already certified PCSOT examiners in becoming familiar with the new standards and practices now in place. Prerequisite for Basic PCSOT: In order for a polygraph examiner to attend this training course and take the APA Final Examination, the student must have attended and received a certificate of completion of a basic polygraph examination training course approved by the American Polygraph Association APA and must either be a member of APA or must submit an application prior to the final test.
