At the 2024 SharkCon’s culmination, one thing that stood out was the impressive speaker list.
Although the 2024 event, presented by National Geographic SHARKFEST, has come and gone, tickets for the 2025 event, taking place at the Florida Fair Grounds on July 12-13, 2025, are now on sale. If the 2024 speaker list is anything to go by, then the 2025 show is a must-see.

Lance Guest, actor and star of “The Last Starfighter” and “Jaws: The Revenge.”

Tracy Fanara, Environmental engineer and research scientist.
Sara Casareto, Ph.D. Candidate Heithaus Lab FIU College of Arts, Sciences & Education.
Yannis Papastamatiou, Associate Professor and Marine Biologist.
Michael Heithaus, dean of the College of Arts, Sciences & Education (CASE) and Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at Florida International University (FIU).
