The Wild Card Round of the playoffs continued on Sunday, as four NFC teams fought for their postseason lives in two games that also helped determine the 2024 NFL draft order.
The Green Bay Packers pulled off a stunning upset of the Dallas Cowboys, easily taking care of the NFC East winners in a 48-32 victory. Jordan Love threw for 272 yards and three touchdowns, leading the Packers to the NFC Divisional round for the second time in the past three seasons.
Meanwhile, the Detroit Lions recorded their first playoff win since 1992 by defeating the Los Angeles Rams by the final score of 24-23. After winning 12 games and securing their first division title since 1993, the Lions have continued to exceed expectations in the postseason.

Jared Goff made several timely throws while the Lions’ defense kept the Rams out of the end zone in the second half to clinch the historic victory. With Detroit needing a first down to put the contest away, Goff fired an 11-yard pass to Amon-Ra St. Brown to secure the game-clinching first down.
