‘A force of nature’ – Gary Neville wows fans as Man United makes impressive Dragons’ Den return

Gary Neville left fans wowed after his impressive appearance on BBC programme Dragons’ Den.

The Manchester United legend was back on Dragon’s Den on Thursday night after making his debut on the show last month.

And fans were left impressed by the 49-year-old, who has built up a £100million portfolio of hotels, restaurants and pubs after retiring from football.

While the ex-England international was helped by his extravagant wages throughout his playing career, his business acumen has left viewers shocked.

His appearance saw him make a hefty investment, as well, putting his trust in brand Myo Master.

Owned by married couple Lottie Whyte and Joe Gray, they started a business which creates high-level sports recovery solutions for athletes.

As a former footballer, it is a subject that is close to Neville’s heart, and he went in with fellow Dragon Sara Davies and split the £100,000 investment.

Gray is an ex-rugby player, playing one cap for England in 2014, as well as playing for Harlequins and Saracens, but was forced to retire due to injuries that nearly saw his leg amputated.

And Neville’s astute viewpoints on business ventures left fans impressed as the former right-back talked shop like a professional.

“Whatever you might think about Gary Neville as an ex-pro and pundit, he’s a remarkable guy,” one viewer said.

Since retiring from football in 2011, Neville has since struck up a business empire worth £100m with numerous properties, shops and hotels.

He is also the co-owner of Salford City, alongside fellow Class of ’92 members David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes and Phil Neville.
