After a Rough Trial, Frankie Dettori Smashes in Latest I’m a Celebrity Episode
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Frankie Dettori, the champion jockey who ruled the horseracing tracks for 35 years, has recently made a TV appearance. As a late entry to the ITV show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here alongside Tony Bellew, Dettori became an instant favorite. In the same vein, his latest performance caught fans’ attention as well.

America’s Favorite Video Today

Recently, when the British flat racing jockey paired up with YouTuber Nella Rose, the miscommunication cost them meals and luxury items. Fans even compared him with Peter Griffin, the protagonist of The Family Guy. But his recent challenge earned him brownie points.

Frankie Dettori nailed his time with critters

Originally posted by I’m a Celeb’s X handle, the caption says, “Frankie Smashed This Challenge! Which critter would you least like in your chamber?!” Though the results are unknown, the 52-year-old aced his individual Barbaric Barber Shop challenge. The reason why I’m a celeb left a question for the fans as well.

With back-to-back challenging feats in the Bushtucker Trial, the camp mates had to face their fears this time. Frankie Dettori, Marvin Humes, Josie Gibson and Danielle Harold could only secure four stars in the end. But each had company like snakes and cockroaches inside the boxes. Interestingly, their heads were inside the boxes, too.

But there was a twist. The camp mates had to solve a puzzle with their tongues to remove star pieces. Their meals were dependent on that, after all. The jockey had cockroaches, Josie had spiders, Danielle had rats, and Fred and Marvin had snakes.

At the end of the day, Josie quit the trials following Nella and Nigel Farrage. Speaking of Nella, her previous task was nothing short of funny when she failed to crack the code.

Dettori and Nella returned with zilch stars

As hosts, it was Ant and Dec’s responsibility to explain the Bushtucker trial’s challenge to the newly formed pair voted by the public. Both the stars had to lay inside a box, but the 52-year-old had company, pitch darkness. Moreover, he had to find the codes and shout at his partner lying in the adjacent box. But the voice didn’t go through well.

Nella Rose, who had the role of unlocking the padlocks, wasn’t ensconced by snakes like Dettori was. She failed to collect coins as a result. ‘You haven’t tried them all, Nella!’ Dec said in a frustrated tone. Rose felt devastated, but couldn’t secure a win in the end.

As the Bushtucker Trial takes new turns, all eyes inevitably veer to Dettori, who isn’t getting much frame time according to fans. So, hopefully, Dettori maintains his winning streak.
