Twitch is honestly one of the most annoying champions to play against in League of Legends. Even if you are being extra careful and not stepping too far forward, he will still be able to pump out an insane amount of damage from a sneak attack. Even if Sivir uses her E to block the initial attack, it will not be enough.
Kog’Maw
Sivir can only block so much with her E in a small period of time, this is where Kog’Maws relentless assault comes in.
