The Cleveland Browns got a jump on what has become one of the biggest social media days on the NFL calendar.
The full 2024 regular-season schedule comes out Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET. Without spoiling the surprise, the Browns ran down the list of their upcoming opponents and provided an accompanying meme.
Some teams got it easier than others. The Pittsburgh Steelers didn’t fall into that camp as they were represented by a solitary trash can.

Based on last year’s records, the Browns have the NFL’s most difficult schedule with an opponent winning percentage of .547.
Part of that is down to Cleveland competing in what might be the toughest of the eight divisions.
Everybody in the AFC North finished better than .500 in 2023, and none of the four should suffer a significant drop in 2024. The Pittsburgh Steelers were the lowest North squad in Bleacher Report’s most recent power rankings, and they still clocked in at a respectable 14th.
Cleveland will have plenty on its plate outside of the AFC North, too.
It hosts the Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins, all of whom will have postseason aspirations. The Browns’ road trips include a stop at the Philadelphia Eagles.
Even with the most positive outlook, Cleveland is probably looking at three or four losses in 2024. The organization’s social media team can probably count on some of Wednesday’s jokes getting turned back around on the Browns this fall.
