As for the Bucs, Baker Mayfield has been a pleasant surprise. The defense led the way in Week 1 against the Vikings, but in Week 2 Mayfield exploded in the passing game for 317 yards and a touchdown.
Mayfield will test an Eagles secondary that has given up 300-plus passing yards in Weeks 1 and 2. If he can establish a connection with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin early in the game, the Bucs will have a solid shot at recording an upset.

The Bengals entered the season as a Super Bowl contender, but the offense has struggled. Like last season, they are off to an 0-2 start. Joe Burrow appeared to get the team out of its funk in the second half last week but tweaked the calf injury that sidelined him for the preseason.
Despite not having Cooper Kupp, the Rams passing attack has clicked. Matthew Stafford has thrown for 300-plus yards in both games, thanks in large part to the emergence of Puka Nacua, Tutu Atwell and Kyren Williams.
If Joe Burrow plays, bettors will have to wonder if this is the game where the offense wakes up. Last season, Burrow threw for 275 yards and three touchdowns in Week 3, leading the team to a 27-12 win over the Jets.
But with how the Rams offense has been playing, it may not matter who lines up at quarterback for the Bengals.
