The 47-year-old bodybuilder, while updating about his current situation also expressed amusement, “I think it’s hilarious they make me wear a hairnet when I have no hair!” Then he revealed about his surgery quoting “Finishing off 2023 with surgery this week to fix an umbilical hernia I’ve had since I was a baby.” He had been dealing with a childhood problem, and finally, in his late 40s, he underwent surgery for it.

According to his Instagram post, the “Surgery went great.” With this update, he also mentioned that soon, he is going to get back to the gym, but because of his current medical situation, he will only delve into light exercises. Swoll said in his post caption, “a light 10 lbs workout and some walking,” After a full recovery, he would bounce back with a hard-core regimen, just like the old days.
