Manuel Lettenbichler Makes a Strong Start at Valleys Hard Enduro

Manuel Lettenbichler, the talented driver of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team, showcased an impressive performance at the 2024 FIM Hard Enduro Championship’s inaugural round, Valleys Hard Enduro. In this challenging competition held in the UK, Lettenbichler emerged victorious by outperforming his rivals.

Throughout the three-day event, Lettenbichler’s dominance was evident. The competition kicked off on Friday, where Lettenbichler left his competitors in awe on the SuperEnduro-style track. His prowess continued on Saturday during the prologue race, where he conquered the 10-kilometer course, securing a favorable position for Sunday’s main event.

During Saturday’s prologue race, Lettenbichler exhibited a superior performance on the demanding 10-kilometer track, clinching the pole position for Sunday. The main event of Valleys Hard Enduro took place on Sunday, where Lettenbichler maintained his superiority throughout the 16-kilometer challenging course, ultimately securing the first place.

Manuel Lettenbichler: “That was not an easy race! It was hard and hot out there today. For the first lap, I wished I had a fan for my face as I was sweating so much. The pace was really fast, especially on that first lap, but I knew I had to stay out front in order to control the race. I managed to build a bit of a gap and so from there I was able to just ease off a little and maintain a good, solid rhythm from the front. On the last lap, Teo (Kabakchiev) was pushing really hard and so I had to increase my pace a little – he did a really good job today. At the end I gave it everything just to make sure I had enough of an advantage and to keep things safe, but it all worked out and I was able to come away with the win. I’m super happy to get the season started off like this and can’t wait for Erzberg now.”
