We all know Lucy Charles as one of the best Long Distances triathletes today. The British athlete won big races and will undoubtedly win many more too. Yet many people may have forgotten that Charles began as an Age Grouper in long distance racing and made the transition to the pro field relatively late. Ten years ago, Charles signed up for her first Ironman and now she is sharing beautiful photos of it.

It’s been a whirlwind journey filled with invaluable lessons and so many amazing memories, so I decided to make a video reminiscing on that very first challenge!
