Rapper NLE Choppa runs away from opponent after getting tired in first round of sparring

While a number of celebrities have been taking up boxing recently, it seems this may not be the best move for rapper NLE Choppa.

Footage emerged of the man from Memphis, Tennessee, engaging in a light sparring session, but he quickly ran out of gas.

In the first round of sparring, after finding little success with his own punches, NLE Choppa decided to turn his back and run.

The rapper can be seen sprinting around the ring smiling, as his opponent chases him.

He then squares up once again to fight, but then quickly takes off running for a second time, as the rest of the gym laugh.

Much to NLE Choppa’s relief, the round finishes and he falls to the canvas in exhaustion as there are calls for him to go for a second round, but he doesn’t look up to it.

This is not the first time we have seen a rapper struggle in sparring, as rapper Kill Jasper previously wanted to see how long he would last in the ring with his friend and YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul.

But, it did not go well, as Paul almost knocked him through the ropes with the first jab thrown, while the whole gym were in hysterics.

Kill Jasper then returned to his feet, but similarly to NLE Choppa he set off running.

Paul then dropped the rapper once again with a body shot and from there the spar did not last much longer, as Kill Jasper rolled out of the ring under the bottom rope.
