FORMER Orlando Pirates captain Papi Khomane has died in a car accident this morning, 25 November 2023.
Khomane was travelling to Utrecht in KZN with his mum, two uncles and a driver when the accident happened.

According to a relative, the car had tyre burst and it overturned. The incident happened around Heidelberg, claiming the lives of Khomane, his mother and one of the uncles. They were on their way to a funeral of a relative.
The driver and the other uncle are in a critical condition at hospital.
