Siyabonga Ngezana will on Monday take a step a major step in his dream European debut season.
With Bafana Bafana having restored the country’s dignity on the continent by reaching the semi-finals of the AFCON, there is yet another South African footballer keeping the ‘positive vibes’ going on in Europe.
Straight from fourth selection in the Romanian top league’ official team of the week, Ngezana has another notable assignment on Monday night at home.

His table topping employers, FCSB (formerly Steaua Bucuresti) will seal their place in Romania’s championship round on Monday with victory over FCV Farul Constanta.
The value of those three points is that it will take Ngezana’s team to 53 points, which will secure their place in the decisive championship round with another seven games to play.
With 53 points, FCSB will be guaranteed of finishing in the top six,
After the end of the regular 30 games campaign, the Romanian top league will enter the championship play-offs contested by the top six teams.
In that championship play-off, the points accumulated from the regular season are halved and the six teams then play against each other twice to determine the league winners who then qualify for the UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds.
Though the 26-year-old had a slow start at FCSB, he has since been able to play in 17 of the 23 league games to date.

Ngezana has played 14 league games in a row, putting him in good footing to be considered as one of the best performers this season at his club.
Those solid displays have prompted interest from French club Lorient.
