Orlando Pirates might have a vacant position in their technical team at the moment, but the club won’t rush into making an appointment.
Pirates were dealt a blow when assistant coach Sergio Almenara announced his resignation from the club, following their Nedbank Cup victory over Mamelodi Sundowns.
Almenara had been with the Soweto giants since 2022, having joined alongside head coach and countryman Jose Riveiro to work hand-in-hand with Mandla Ncikazi.
