What time does the NASCAR race start today? TV schedule, channel for 2023 Richmond race

Love. Happiness. Burnt rubber. What could be better?

The Cup Series traverses to the mazy terrain that is Richmond Raceway this weekend. And the event promises to be compelling, especially after the theatrics of last week’s race at Pocono.

Denny Hamlin was shrouded in boos after his win in the HighPoint.com 400. Such is the case when you ram into one of NASCAR’s most popular drivers without remorse.

It will be interesting to see how things shape up at the Action Track for Hamlin. He’s a Virginia boy and has fared better than most at the short track, nabbing four top-five finishes and a victory in his last six races there.

The odds are that he’ll put together another complete showing this time. If that comes to fruition, perhaps the crowd’s reaction — shaped by Virginians clamoring for one of their own to succeed on NASCAR’s biggest stage — will be different.
