The first WrestleMania inside Madison Square Garden had 19,121 in attendance. Now, WrestleMania is a two-night event. A majority of events are now in football stadiums. WrestleMania 39 in SoFi Stadium in California had a combined attendance of 134,856. 

This year, WrestleMania 40 will emanate from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia from April 6-7. The stadium has a capacity of 67,594 fans. WWE could have over 135,000+ passionate WWE fans cheering on Cody Rhodes against Roman Reigns. Fans will also get to see The Rock in action.

Following WrestleMania 40, WWE will continue its run with SummerSlam, Survivor Series, and other events. The company has a full year until WrestleMania 41, with booking plans kicking into high gear in January at the Royal Rumble. With the announcement of a new event comes the planning, from flights, hotels, and most importantly, dates and tickets to the next iteration of “The Showcase of the Immortals.”

WrestleMania 41 is rumored to take place in Minnesota. The location that would hold the event would be U.S. Bank Stadium, home to the Minnesota Vikings. The stadium can hold up to 73,000 people.
