Saka had picked up a knock in their 2-2 north London derby draw with Tottenham last weekend.
He was named in the starting XI against Bournemouth on Saturday but was seen limping off late on.
Saka had scored before then handing over penalties to Martin Odegaard and Kai Havertz.
The Gunners went on to seal a 4-0 win over the Cherries to maintain their unbeaten start to the season.
However, fans will be concerned over the fitness of Saka as they approach a difficult run of fixtures.
Arsenal travel to Lens during the week for their next Champions League clash before facing Manchester City at home.
They face Chelsea and Sevilla on their travels after the international break as they look to compete on all fronts.
Saka’s appearance against Bournemouth was his ninth of the season so far, with his goal taking his tally to five.
He played 76 minutes against the Cherries before being taken off for Fabio Vieira as they closed in on victory.
The England international opened the scoring with a close-range header before Odegaard’s penalty just before half-time.
Havertz then netted his first goal for the club from the spot early in the second half before Ben White finished the scoring in stoppage-time.
