Product and user experience designers are tasked with understanding this diversity. Design solutions must be inclusive, catering to users with varying digital literacy levels and access to technology. This understanding goes beyond mere aesthetics; it delves into creating interfaces that resonate with the realities of everyday African life.

In a continent where technology directly impacts lives, human-centric design takes centre stage.
