Acer has unveiled new Aspire Go models at CES 2024. The Aspire Go 14 and Aspire Go 15 come in both Intel and AMD flavors and, for the first time, use post-consumer recycled material (PCR) outside of the Vero series.
Acer hasn’t fully detailed the specs of the Aspire Go series, but these can be considered akin to the Aspire 3 for all intents and purposes. The Aspire Go 15 (AG15-31P) and Aspire Go 14 (AG14-31P) are both available with Intel Core i3 N-series processors — the Aspire Go 14 (AG14-21P) comes with AMD Ryzen 5 7000 series APUs as well. The laptops can be configured with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to a 1 TB PCIe Gen 3 SSD.
Both the Aspire Go 14 and Aspire Go 15 offer 16:10 displays with an FHD+ resolution. Keeping up with the latest trend, these laptops also offer a dedicated Copilot key on the keyboard. Acer said that the Aspire Go’s webcam makes use of temporal noise reduction for enhanced image sharpness along with dual microphones that feature AI-powered noise cancellation.
Acer is promising a 10-hour battery life with the new Aspire Go series, although it has not yet specified the exact battery capacity. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, HDMI 2.1-out, USB Type-C, 2x USB Type-A, and a combo audio jack. Acer offers the AcerSense app to help monitor device and battery health and perform routine app maintenance.
The Aspire Go 14 will be available from March 2024 with the Intel version starting from €549 and the AMD version from €649. The Aspire Go 15 will be available from February 2024 starting from €529.

Though a cell and molecular biologist by training, I have been drawn towards computers from a very young age ever since I got my first PC in 1998. My passion for technology grew quite exponentially with the times, and it has been an incredible experience from being a much solicited source for tech advice and troubleshooting among family and friends to joining Notebookcheck in 2017 as a professional tech journalist. Now, I am a Lead Editor at Notebookcheck covering news and reviews encompassing a wide gamut of the technology landscape for Indian and global audiences. When I am not hunting for the next big story or taking complex measurements for reviews, you can find me unwinding to a nice read, listening to some soulful music, or trying out a new game.
