The Predator Helios series, renowned for catering to gaming enthusiasts and performance seekers, has been updated with the Predator Helios 18 and Helios 16 gaming laptops. These machines boast up to 14th Gen Intel Core i9 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 laptop GPUs, pushing the boundaries of gaming performance with up to 330W of total power (CPU + GPU). Featuring the NVIDIA ADA Lovelace architecture and DLSS 3.5 technology, these laptops promise unprecedented AI-enhanced graphics and full ray tracing capabilities.
Acer offers 18-inch and 16-inch WQXGA displays (16:10) for the Helios 18 and Helios 16, respectively, with the top models featuring mini LED panels, 250Hz refresh rates, and 1000nits brightness. Other models still impress with 240Hz refresh rates and 500nits brightness, with all options supporting 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut for vibrant and accurate visuals.

The Predator Helios 18 and Helios 16 are now available for purchase, starting at RM13,999 and RM10,999, respectively, at Acer’s online platforms and authorized resellers nationwide.
Predator Helios Neo 16: Broadening Gaming Horizons
Targeting a wider audience, the Predator Helios Neo 16 is refreshed with up to 14th Gen Intel Core i7 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPUs, providing up to 300W of total power. This model is designed not only for gaming but also for creative pursuits, with options for up to 16GB DDR5 memory (expandable to 64GB) and 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD.
Featuring a WQXGA 240Hz IPS display and PredatorSense 5.0 for full device customization, the Helios Neo 16 also includes the latest Predator Cooling System for sustained performance. Priced from RM6,399, it’s available at Acer’s online and retail partners.
Acer Nitro 50: Desktop Power Unleashed
For desktop enthusiasts, the Nitro 50 has been upgraded with a 14th Gen Intel Core i5-14400F processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU. It offers 8GB DDR5 RAM and a 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD, with room for future upgrades. The Nitro 50 starts at RM4,399 and is available through Acer’s sales channels.
