Anker has discounted its 778 Thunderbolt Docking Station (12-in-1, Thunderbolt 4) in the US, offering US$180 off the RRP at its online store and Amazon storefront. The accessory, launched earlier this year, allows you to connect to up to four monitors simultaneously. Other ports include 10 Gbps, 30W USB-C and 100W upstream Thunderbolt 4.
The Anker 778 Thunderbolt Docking Station (12-in-1, Thunderbolt 4) is currently discounted in the US. In-page coupons worth US$180 allow you to buy the new gadget for US$199.99 rather than US$379.99.
The 778 Docking Station arrived in the US in March and has since rolled out to countries such as the UK, the Netherlands and France. The accessory has twelve ports, including Thunderbolt 4 Downstream, two DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1, allowing you to connect up to four 4K displays simultaneously. The maximum resolution for a single display is [email protected]. You can connect to a host device via Thunderbolt 4 Upstream Port with 100W pass-through charging.
For file transfers, you have via 5 Gbps USB-A 3.2 and 10 Gbps USB-C 3.2, which you can also use to charge smaller gadgets like a tablet or smartphone at 30W. Other ports include two USB-A 2.0 and Gigabit Ethernet. Plus, the dock features a Kensington NanoSaver Lock Slot and is powered via 180W DC-IN. The product has a gray finish and measures 21.0 x 8.0 x 3.2 cm (~8.3 x 3.1 x 1.3-in).
