Hulu is host to thousands of TV shows and movies—and if you’ve been wanting to dive into them, now’s the perfect time to subscribe. During Black Friday, you can sign up for just $0.99 cents per month for a whole year.
To get this whopping 87 percent discount, you must be a new subscriber or a returning subscriber from more than a month ago. You also can’t be an existing Disney+ Basic or Disney Bundle subscriber.
That extra restriction is a bummer, but Disney’s stake in Hulu isn’t all for naught. If you qualify for this deal, you can add Disney+ to the subscription for $2 per month. So in total, you’ll pay just $3 per month for both subscriptions. The catch, of course, is that you’ll be on ad-supported plans. But give the cost of commercial-free plans, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal, even with the interruptions. You can’t upgrade your plan and keep your discount, unfortunately.
If you sign up for this deal, remember to set a note in your calendar to cancel your subscription during your twelfth month—ideally a week before your renewal date, just to avoid any surprises. Because you’ll be billed month to month, you can’t cancel earlier. You’ll just lose the discount.
Hulu says that this offer ends on November 28th at 11:59pm Pacific, so you have a little time to think about it—but don’t dawdle too long.
