HONOR Malaysia teases arrival of HONOR 200 smartphone

HONOR Malaysia has teased the arrival of its next smartphone, boasting on-device AI features and a beautiful aesthetic, we should expect the HONOR 200 smartphone to be quite the looker and boast impressive portrait photography features.

The HONOR 200 series have only been recently launched in China, while we have no clue if HONOR would bring in both the regular and Pro model, chances are we might only be seeing the standard HONOR 200 being launched here just like before, and compared to the HONOR 90, the HONOR 200 is getting quite the specs bump.

For starters, the HONOR 200 is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and for the Malaysian market, HONOR is expected to bring in the 12GB RAM+512GB Storage variant like before, the most exciting upgrade would be its new triple camera system, as the HONOR 200 will feature a 50MP telephoto camera that does 2.5x optical zoom for the first time in the series, while having a 50MP OIS main and 12MP ultrawide camera, the front camera also takes high-resolution 50MP stills.

Like the flagship HONOR Magic 6 Pro, the HONOR 200 will ship with MagicOS 8.0 that features a host of on-device AI features such as Magic Portal and Magic Ring, while exclusive to the HONOR 200 is an AI engine that’s expected to take mobile portrait photography to the next level, the phone also gets a high-density 5200mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging.

The HONOR 200 is sure to rock the premium mid-range phone market with these exciting improvements, and all shall be revealed in the coming week.
