iFlytek: Spark V4.0 Is in Training, Products Comparable to GPT-4o Are Also Under Development

iFlytek revealed on the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange Interactive Easy” platform when responding to questions from netizens that iFlytek Spark V4.0, which is currently training to match the capabilities of GPT-4, is expected to be released at the end of June 2024. The product matching GPT-4o is currently under development.

According to iFlytek, the company will closely integrate with the evolution and breakthroughs of artificial intelligence, continuously apply achievements to every product in smart education, and constantly improve user experience and customer penetration rate.

In April this year, Liu Qingfeng, the chairman of iFlytek, revealed that on June 27th this year, iFLYTEK Spark V4.0 will be officially released.

At that time, Liu Qingfeng stated that the general long-text capabilities of Spark Large Model, including long document information extraction, long document knowledge question answering, long document summarization and generation of long documents have overall reached 97% level of GPT-4 Turbo’s latest long text version in April this year. In multiple vertical domain knowledge question answering tasks, the overall level of Spark Large Model’s long text has surpassed GPT-4 Turbo.
