Apple’s A17 Pro is one speedy chipset as we saw from its Geekbench test run and we now get to see how it fares on AnTuTu. Unsurprisingly the A17 Pro inside the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max is one of the fastest phones on AnTuTu with a combined score of 1,641,883 points.
For reference, last year’s A16 Bionic chip managed a 1,474,011 score while the Apple M1 chip found on Apple laptops and iPads is just a hair away at 1,754,456 points. The 15 Pro Max also edges the Android-leading nubia Red Magic 8 Pro+ which “only” scores 1,632,859 points.

The A17 Pro boasts a 392,643-point CPU score and a 597,734-point outing for the GPU department. Apple did claim its new A17 Pro chip offers a 20% improvement on the outgoing A16 Bionic in the GPU department and AnTuTu shows a nearly 27% difference in favor of the newer chipset’s GPU. The A17 Pro is also leading in the memory department test with a score of 306,164.
