iQOO recently confirmed key details about its upcoming mid-range smartphone in India. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro is set to debut as the first ‘Pro’ smartphone in the Neo line-up outside China. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro launch date in India is set for July 4.
However, the brand has been slowly teasing details about the device, building up to the launch. iQOO previously teased a vegan leather orange variant of the upcoming Neo 7 Pro. And now, the smartphone maker has confirmed aspects of the hardware.
iQOO Neo 7 Pro Confirmed Details
According to an official teaser, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The Snapdragon chip uses a 1+3+4 CPU configuration and the Adreno 730 GPU. The smartphone will also come with an Independent Gaming (IG) chip to improve the gaming experience.
Additionally, iQOO also confirmed that its upcoming Neo 7 Pro smartphone will support 120W super-fast charging, which iQOO claim will be able to charge the battery to 50 percent in just eight minutes.
iQOO previously teased a version of the device with a vegan leather back panel and an orange finish. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro launch date in India is set for July 4. The handset will go on sale through Amazon India after its launch.
iQOO Neo 7 Pro Price, Specifications (Expected)
The chip on the iQOO Neo 7 Pro will be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone is also expected to pack a 5,000 mAh battery. The device will run Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13 out of the box.
When it comes to imaging, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro will feature a triple camera setup at the rear. It will include a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. At the front, the phone will opt for a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The iQOO Neo 7 price in India currently starts from Rs 27,999. So, it is safe to assume that the iQOO Neo 7 Pro price in India will fall under the 40K mark, where it will compete against the OnePlus 11R and Vivo V27 Pro.
