On July 6th, there was a rumor circulating online that Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba Group Holding Limited, quietly returned to Hangzhou and appeared at the headquarters building of Alibaba. On the 16th, an insider from Alibaba stated that this news was ‘false,’ even though many media outlets and sources used videos from ‘several years ago.’ Jack Ma himself also said, ‘I am in Europe.’
