Koga has launched the 2023 Pace B05 e-bike. The model features a 250W mid-mounted Bosch motor and 750Wh battery, allowing you to ride with assistance for up to 240 km (~149 miles). Other features include wide Schwalbe tires, an 11-speed Shimano groupset and a Bosch Kiox display with an accompanying smartphone app.
The 2023 Koga Pace B05 e-bike has been launched in Europe. The updated model has a Bosch Performance CX BES3 mid-mounted motor with 250W power, 85Nm torque and a top assistance speed of 25 kph (~16 mph). You can choose from several power modes, including ECO to conserve battery and Walk Assist to help you move the bicycle on foot.
The updated Pace B05 has a removable 750Wh battery, stored inside the frame, allowing you to travel for up to 240 km (~149 miles) between charges when using ECO mode. You can view information such as your speed and remaining battery level on the Bosch Kiox display mounted on the handlebars. Plus, Bluetooth connectivity allows you to link your smartphone and view further statistics in the eBike Flow app. Other features include an 11-speed Shimano Deore XT groupset, Formula Cura hydraulic disc brakes and wide Schwalbe Super Moto-X 2.5 x 2.4-in tires to help make your ride more comfortable.
The new Koga model also comes with a head tube light and LED headlight, kickstand and Modular Rail System (MRS). The welded aluminum frame is available in four sizes with step-over and step-through options, weighing around 28.6 to 28.8 kg (~63.1 to 63.5 lbs). You can now buy the Koga Pace B05 e-bike via dealers in European countries, including the UK, the Netherlands and France, for £5,299/€5,299.
