A detailed leak has revealed Lenovo’s plans to launch a new 11-inch tablet. Reportedly arriving as the Lenovo Tab M11, the tablet will have a 1200p display, a modern design and software support until nearly the end of the decade.
It seems that Lenovo is ready to replace the Tab M10, a budget tablet that we reviewed in early 2019. For reference, the company refreshed the Tab M10 last year, which it sells as the Tab M10 2022. While Lenovo has not confirmed its intentions to launch a new Tab M tablet, Windows Report has leaked numerous product images and device specifications of what it calls the Lenovo Tab M11.
Reportedly, the tablet has a 10.95-inch LCD panel that outputs at 1,920 x 1,200 pixels with stylus support, 400 nits peak brightness and 72% NTSC colour space coverage. Moreover, the Tab M11 has dual 8 MP cameras, one on the front and one on the rear. Windows Central adds that these components will be underpinned by a 7,040 mAh battery and the MediaTek Helio G88, an entry-level chipset with two ARM Cortex-A75 and six Cortex-A55 CPU cores.
Furthermore, the Tab M11 will come in 4 GB of RAM and 8 GB of RAM configurations, both with 128 GB of expandable storage. Reputedly, Lenovo will only afford two OS updates up to Android 15, which is comparatively lacklustre by today’s standards. Conversely, the company is expected to provide security patch updates until 2028. Unfortunately, launch details remain unknown for now, including pricing.
