The LG A2 OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV is on offer at Best Buy and Amazon in the US. The 48-in model is now available with a 50% discount, reducing the price to US$649.99. Features of the cheaper TV include support for Dolby Vision IQ, Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa voice commands and built-in speakers.
The LG A2 Series TVs are currently discounted in the US. At Best Buy, the 48-in model is now discounted by US$650 or 50%, allowing you to pick up the device for US$649.99 rather than US$1,299.99. The 55-in version is also reduced, this time by US$100 or 8%, bringing the price down from US$999.99 to US$899.99.
The larger 65-in TV is reduced by just US$70, letting you buy the model for US$1,329.99. This version is cheaper at Amazon, where it sells for US$1,082.99; this is the lowest price seen at the retailer since August. Plus, a US$90 off deal on the range-topping 77-in model at Best Buy allows you to purchase the device for US$1,709.99.
The 2022 A2 4K TV uses the α7 Gen5 AI Processor 4 for a richly colored image, has a 60Hz panel and supports Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10 and HLG. The cheaper model runs on LG webOS 22, controllable via Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice commands. Plus, you can cast to your TV via Miracast or Apple AirPlay, and the TV integrates with HomeKit. The device has two built-in speakers, compatible with Dolby Atmos, and you can connect gadgets via HDMI and USB 2.0 ports. It is unclear when these Best Buy and Amazon LG A2 Series TVs will end – some discounts are listed as clearance, suggesting they will continue to run while stocks last.
