(hereinafter referred to as “Galaxy Bot”) underwent a business change, with the addition of Meituan‘s subsidiary Hanhai Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Zhiyuan Development Entrepreneurship Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) as shareholders. At the same time, the company’s registered capital increased from approximately 140,000 yuan (＄19,133) to approximately 180,000 yuan (＄24,600).
According to publicly available information, Galaxy Bot was established in May of this year. Yao Tengzhou is the legal representative, and its business scope includes software development, research and development of intelligent robots, manufacturing of industrial robots, manufacturing of service consumer robots, battery manufacturing, etc.
