Renowned leaker @OnLeaks has shown off some Galaxy S24 Ultra renders. It keeps many of its predecessor’s design elements, such as camera module layout and button placement

The Galaxy S24 Ultra, much like its predecessor, is rumoured to include a mixed bag of upgrades and sidegrades. For starters, it gets a 50 MP telephoto lens, a Samsung M13 AMOLED screen, and an “improved” 200 MP wide-angle lens. There isn’t much to speak of design-wise, as confirmed by new renders leaked by @OnLeaks and SmartPrix.

Samsung has made minimal changes to the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s overall chassis. One can immediately recognize the quad-camera layout from its predecessor, complete with protruding lenses and LED flash. Some of the more subtle changes include narrower bezels, which, for all practical purposes, serve as little more than bragging rights. It measures 162.3 mm x 79 mm x 8.7 mm versus the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s 163.4 mm x 78.1 mm x 8.9 mm.

Other notable mentions include a UWB (ultra-wideband) antenna and the iconic S-Pen silo. Everything else, including its power buttons, volume rockers, SIM card slot and USB-C port, are where they used to be on the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The Galaxy S24 Ultra’s internal upgrades should ideally offset the otherwise boring design. However, its Titanium chassis could be a potential pain point.

With the Exynos 2400 slated to make a comeback with the Galaxy S24 series, it could potentially cause the body to heat up, and it’ll be interesting to see what measures Samsung has to keep thermals in check. However, that shouldn’t be a concern according to one rumour, which states the Galaxy S24 Ultra will exclusively use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy.
