A renowned leaker has revealed initial render images of the next Motorola Moto G Power 5G. Not only is the Moto G Power 5G (2024) said to be slightly larger than its predecessor, but it will also have a bigger display, thinner bezels and a refined design.
@OnLeaks has published render images of a new Moto G Power 5G, which Motorola last refreshed in April 2023. According to the reliable leaker, the Moto G Power 5G (2024) will measure 167.3 x 76.4 x 8.5 mm, which would make it slightly larger than the current model. Specifically, these dimensions would see the Moto G Power 5G grow 4 mm taller and 2 mm wider between generations.
Additionally, the Moto G Power 5G (2024) is said to feature a 6.7-inch display, up 0.2-inches on its predecessor. Based on @OnLeaks’ images, Motorola has included slimmer top and bottom bezels this time around too, for a more contemporary appearance. Moreover, the Moto G Power 5G will move to flat sides rather than the bevelled finish of its predecessor.
Still, Motorola has found enough space to install a 3.5 mm jack, which sits next to a microphone hole, a USB Type-C port and a downward-firing speaker. Unfortunately, other details remain unknown for now, including whether Motorola will swap out the MediaTek Dimensity 930 chipset, 5,000 mAh battery, 120 Hz display or 50 MP camera from the current Moto G Power 5G.
