GeForce NOW has announced that it has added Xbox Game Pass to its list of supported account and platform types. Therefore, users with both services will be able to stream titles from the latter on NVIDIA GPUs over the cloud soon. In the meantime, the platform now supports Age of Empires IV’s (AoE IV) Anniversary Edition as well as Dordogne, a new release from Steam.

NVIDIA’S GeForce NOW service has unveiled what might be another win for the cloud-gaming platform: Xbox Game Pass support. Accordingly, its users will gain access to compatible titles on Macs, PCs, mobile devices, smart TVs and handheld devices as well as the Xbox Series X|S soon.

NVIDIA projects that its latest partnership will result in an expansion of its library, currently consisting of “over 1,600 titles“, once its roll-out is complete. This process is slated to take place “over the next few months“. Game Pass on GeForce NOW is also backed to stream in up to 4K or ultra-wide resolutions for up to 8 hours – however, these options are exclusive to Ultimate-tier members only.

In the meantime, users can still access their Steam games over the NVIDIA cloud platform. GeForce NOW has just added support for 2 more of those: the Age of Empires IV Anniversary Edition with all of its updates and civilizations; and Dordogne, a new narrative- and nostalgia-driven title with a “heartwarming” water-painted esthetic.
