Poco’s line of ‘flagship killers’ is soon due for a refresh, and today the upcoming Poco F6 Pro was spotted in the FCC database, as it’s received the required certification from that US agency. This has revealed the fact that the Poco F6 Pro will sport a 5,000 mAh battery (most likely typical advertised capacity from the 4,880 mAh rated capacity that was certified).
But we also have its model number now, and this strongly suggests the Poco F6 Pro will be a rebranded Redmi K70. The Poco F6 Pro is 23113RKC6G, the Redmi K70 is 23113RKC6C. That phone launched for the Chinese market back in November, and it comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC at the helm. Since the non-Pro Poco F6 is expected to be a rebranded Redmi Turbo 3, it will be interesting to compare their performance when they do eventually come out, as the non-Pro will get the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.

Anyway, back to the F6 Pro. It should have a 6.67-inch 1440×3200 120 Hz OLED screen with 4,000-nit peak refresh rate, 12/16GB of RAM, 256GB/512GB/1TB of storage, a triple rear camera system (50 MP main with OIS, 8 MP ultrawide, 2 MP macro), a 16 MP selfie snapper, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and support for 120W fast wired charging. It will run Android 14 with HyperOS 1.0 on top.
