POCO recently announced its new X6 series, featuring mid-range smartphones with high-end specifications at an affordable price point. The series includes the standard X6 and the X6 Pro, both available in three color choices.
The X6 Pro boasts a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, enhanced with a 120Hz refresh rate, a maximum brightness of 1,800 nits, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Both phones in the series are equipped with an IP54 dust and water resistance rating.
The X6 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset, paired to 12GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage. In contrast, the X6 features a similar 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display but is fortified with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, offering enhanced durability. It is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, also with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
For photography enthusiasts, both models include a 64MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro lens, and a 16MP front-facing camera. The X6 is powered by a 5,100mAh battery, whereas the X6 Pro has a slightly smaller 5,000mAh battery. Both devices support 67W fast charging.

The X6 variants are priced at RM1,199 for the 8GB+256GB model, RM1,299 for the 12GB+256GB model, and RM1,499 for the 12GB+512GB model, available on Lazada. The X6 Pro starts at RM1,499 for the 8GB+256GB model and RM1,699 for the 12GB+512GB model on Shopee.
From January 11 to 18, both phones are offered at a special early bird price, with the Pro model receiving a RM200 discount and the standard model a RM140 discount.
