Nvidia RTX 40 Super series cards are over the horizon. The earliest launch, which is for the GeForce RTX 4070 Super, is set for January 17. But Newegg and BestBuy have already listed the factory-overclocked models, revealing the pricing information of custom GPUs.
The GeForce RTX 4070 Super is about to be the first GPU release of this year. It will also be the first GPU launch of the Nvidia RTX 40 Super series. As a direct successor to the RTX 4070 (ASUS Dual OC curr. $569.99 on Amazon), the Super variant is expected to be available in many variations. After all, the standard GPU was one of the popular models of the lineup.
Also, there’s only a 20W jump for the new card. So, most Nvidia RTX 4070 Super cards will likely have the same coolers as the standard GPU, which will make a ton of different designs for the card available right at launch.
Speaking of which, a good number of the custom Nvidia RTX 4070 cards have popped up on Newegg and BestBuy. As spotted by VideoCardz, most of these custom cards have the exact price tag as the MSRP, which is $599. It’s just the MSI Gaming X Slim and Gigabyte Gaming OC cards that are $649.99.
The retailer listings have also given away the early pricing info on some of the other custom Nvidia RTX 40 Super series GPUs. The GIGABYTE Gaming OC RTX 4070 Ti Super 8 GB was spotted at $849.99. This card has an MSRP of $799. The MSI Ventus 3X OC RTX 4080 Super 16 GB, on the other hand, is currently at $1099.99. Its MSRP is at $999.
In short, the early listings of the RTX 40 Super series GPUs suggest that you can get custom RTX 4070 Super cards at MSRP, while the others will cost around $50 to $100 more.
