Samsung Galaxy A25 5G: Leaked Renders Show Design Similar to A24 4G

Rumours and leaked renders suggest that Samsung is working on launching a new phone, the Galaxy A25 5G. This is slated to be the successor to the Galaxy A24 4G, which the company had launched in May 2023.

Although the company has not hinted or said anything officially about this upcoming phone, the leaked renders show the design to be exactly the same as the A24 4G.

Given that the predecessor A24 4G has been available in the market for just a few weeks, the question arises about why Samsung would be launching a very similar phone so soon.

Rumours thus are hinting at a possibility that the Galaxy A25 5G was initially made, in an attempt to be launched as the Galaxy A24 5G, but that never happened. That would explain the shared looks.

Now about why Samsung would choose to rebrand it as the A25 5G, and launch it separately is yet to be discovered. The company was perhaps keen on launching it as a whole new phone due to the 5G connectivity feature. What else the phone has on offer, different from the A24 4G, is something we’ll have to wait to see.

Samsung Galaxy A25 5G: Rumoured Specifications

According to the renders, the phone will measure 162 x 77.5 x 8.3 mm. For context, the A24 4G’s dimensions are 162.1 x 77.6 x 8.3 mm. The screen size for both devices too, are the same, 6.44″.

Additionally, the phone is shown to feature a fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

At the back of the phone, a triple camera setup is visible.

The colour variant shown is black, but speculations suggest that more colours may be available at the time of launch.

The company has not said anything officially about the specifications, or launch timeline of this phone.
